I've been based in Vietnam since 2018 — working across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, building products for global companies and local startups alike. My career is built on a consistent pattern: join a team, build process, ship outcomes.

At Inspectorio I led UX audits on a product used by Tesco executives and lifted NPS by 8%. At freeC I was promoted from Lead to Manager in 6 months, hired and trained 3 designers, and improved mobile onboarding conversion by 11.2%. At DiChung I took a new product from concept to 16,000+ daily active users. At NEST I built an entire Real Estate CRM and design system from scratch.

Outside of design I'm genuinely curious about business strategy — I led sales at NEST alongside design, which makes me a better advocate in the boardroom.
